1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Conecta Suite Pro (“the Platform”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Conecta Suite Pro is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to help service-based businesses manage workflows, internal operations, teams, and business processes from a single system.

The Platform provides software tools only and does not provide financial, legal, or accounting services.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
Payments are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Conecta Suite Pro does not store or process payment card information directly.

5. Free Trials & Promotions

Any free trial or promotional access may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.

6. No Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful activities

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Upload malicious software or harmful content

• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, designs, and trademarks related to Conecta Suite Pro are the exclusive property of Conecta Suite Pro or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform while your subscription is active.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload.
By using the Service, you grant Conecta Suite Pro permission to process and store such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conecta Suite Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if these Terms are violated or if the Service is misused.

13. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
